Conditioning & Recovery with Power Plate

At IHRSA, Josh led a fantastic class centered on using Power Plate in conjunction with other equipment including TrueForm Runner, a weighted should bag, and battling ropes to show how vibration training can be used in an active conditioning and active recovery circuit.
