Heard of those hot new workouts done atop a vibrational plate? Yeah, we tried it
Los Angeles Times editor Roy Wallack recently wrote an article about his experience with Power Plate in an article titled "Heard of those hot new workouts done atop a vibrational plate? Yeah, we tried it". Wallack attended a group Power Plate BootCamp class at the new Platefit studio in Brentwood, CA. The article highlights the history of Power Plate, the technology and benefits, specifically with recovery and hormones. He explains to the local Los Angeles readers they can attend one of the two Platefit studios and experience any of the variety of classes they offer from boot camp to kickboxing to recovery. Roy says "The PlateFit classes are just 27 minutes long, but, as I found out, that's a workout". He also mentions that he felt refreshed and energized afterward.
