On Test: Stand and Deliver
The Personal Power Plate is featured in the September issue of Runner's World in an article called 'On Test: Stand and Deliver'. The article comes after two months of the tester using the Personal Power Plate for 10 minutes before and after each run. The article also describes how Power Plate works in general and the settings on the Personal Power Plate.
The review states "…over a two month testing period our tester found it was handy for a prerun 10-minute warm up, great for post training massage on the legs and it added fun to a body-weight workout. Our tester also noted some improvement in flexibility".
