Personal PowerPlate Brings Relief to Residents
In the article, former manager of Penhill Residential Home in Bristol, Trina Birtwistle, talks about how buying a Personal Power Plate for the facility has benefitted residents and staff alike. After using the plate for five minutes a day for three weeks, his legs became strong enough to allow him to stand up and use his zimmer frame on his own, without relying on a carer to supprt him. This has given him back his independence and improved his quality of life.
