National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) is the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning, supporting and disseminating research-based knowledge and practical application to improve performance and fitness. Founded in 1978, they set the standard for strength training, conditioning, and injury prevention. The NSCA offers four respected credentials of distinction: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®), Certified Special Populations Specialist (CSPS), NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer® (NSCA-CPT®) and the Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F).
