Single-dose effects of whole body vibration on quadriceps strength in individuals with motor-incomplete spinal cord injury
This blinded, randomised controlled trial of 25 people examined the effects of a single session of whole body vibration in motor incomplete spinal cord injury. The results suggest that even a single session of whole body vibration can result in short term increases in strength.
