The Pro7 is a wonderful piece of equipment, I used it mostly for my Ultra training. Utilizing the power plate 3 times a week with long runs on the weekends led to tremendous benefits, balance, strength, mobility, bone density. Iv been using it to prepare for a 40 mile event taking place this weekend.
