How do returns work?
Contact the service team to return the Power Plate MOVE within 30 days after the order was placed for a full refund. Terms apply.
30 day free trial T&Cs:
- Contact service@powerplate.com to request a return
- It must be returned in a good condition (no marks, scuffs etc as well as in full working order)
- We will send a UPS return label via email but it is the customers responsibility to print, secure to the box and take to a UPS depo.
- Refund will be given once the item has been inspected by our team.
- All items from the original order must be returned for a full refund. This includes any additional items such as accessories or targeted vibration products if they were included as part of the original cost/order.
- You must have participated in our Free online 15 minute 1-2-1 coaching session within the 30 days.

Returns Policy
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all paperwork, packaging, parts and accessories included. Any damage or missing parts to the Product caused by Customer will be deducted from the amount refunded to Customer.
- You must inform a member of staff at PHS if you wish to return an item before shipping.
- PHS will send a UPS label free of charge via email however it is the customers responsibility to print, secure to box and take to a UPS depo. The customer is also responsible for reboxing the item securely. Any damage to the equipment due to poor packaging will result in a reduced refund and is to the discretion of PHS.
- All refunds are issued within 30 days once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected by PHS accredited staff.
