Refund policy

Return Conditions. 

  • Customers have 30 days after placing an order to return the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all paperwork, packaging, parts and accessories included. Any damage or missing parts to the Product caused by Customer will be deducted from the amount refunded to Customer.
  • You must inform a member of staff at PHS if you wish to return an item before shipping. Please call +44 (0) 20 7317 5000 or email us at customercare@powerplate.co.uk
  • If you return the machine all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all products.
  • For all items which can be shipped via common carrier (accessories, targeted vibration products, Personal Power Plate and Power Plate MOVE) PHS will send a UPS label via email and it is the customer’s responsibility to print, secure to box and take to a UPS depo. The customer is also responsible for reboxing the item securely. Any damage to the equipment due to poor packaging will result in a reduced refund and is to the discretion of PHS.
  • All refunds are issued within 30 days once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected by PHS accredited staff.
