This is the most powerful vibrating foam roller I have ever used and I have used four different brands. It is hard which I like also. I have tough muscles to loosen up. So I depend on these every day.

Due to shoulder injury and weakness in Glutei Medius, I was unable to do traditional foam roller work and stay in alignment for IT band or other long muscle roller work. This provides perfect placement, am able to use with just my hands while reclined on bed, saving my shoulders. I have recommended this to several patients who have hip or other joint issues.
